Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to INFO Joyful holiday or its agent via E-mail
• Please review the cancellation policy before cancelling your trip.
• Cancellation made before Sep 30, 2026 : NO PENALTY..
• Cancellation made from Oct 1 to Dec 25, 2026 : 25% PENALTY of total cost
• Cancellation made from Dec 26 to Jan 25, 2027 : 50% PENALTY of total cost
• Cancellation made from Jan 26 to Mar 5, 2026 : 70% PENALTY of total cost
• NO REFUND for cancellation made after Mar 6, 2027
• Any single parts of the tour itinerary which are voluntarily skipped when tour is in progress, (for instance, admission tickets, meals or show) are non-refundable.
• Any extra costs incurred by changing your itinerary are at your own expense.

Inclusions:

• Accommodation: 6 nights at a 4 star hotel
  (The hotel accommodation will be based on double occupancy / Additional cost for single supplement)
• Meals: Breakfast at hotel, Lunch & Dinner at local restaurants as per itinerary. (B7, L3, D 2)
• Ground Transportaion by coach, English-speaking guide, Admission/Activity fees and Tips.

Exclusions:

• Traveler’s insurance, Personal expenses.
• International Airfare(Prices will vary depending on departure city and dates.)
• Airport transportation is not included.
